I live in Arroyo Hondo, 12 miles north of Taos. I started  felting a couple of years ago after I sold my loom and gave up weaving. I wanted to continue to create and use fiber, felting seemed to be a wonderful  soft form, and now I create vessels from wool, alpaca fiber, and any other fiber that felts! I walk and hike a lot in nature, and am inspired every day, finding feathers and sometimes rabbit fur, which I incorporate into my feltings.

Kathy uses humanely sourced wool and natural fibers.
